General Description
The ZFL type pulverizers are our latest patent products. These pulverizers integrate the advantages of the super-tiny smash, high-efficient smash and universal smash. They are particularly applicable for dehydrated vegetables, melons, fruits, roots and stalks, etc. The machines have compact structure with low power consumption and high efficiency, also with elegant appearance. It is very convenient to be mantled and dismantled.
Structure & Working Principle
1. Structure: Four parts: loading part, grinding system, cyclone discharging and dedust draught fan. Drive set: grinding chamber, loading hopper, moving cutter, gear, and classifier. Material-absorber: pipeline, cyclone separator, fan. Deduster: filtration pocket, draught fan, etc
2. Working Principle: There are many razor blades in the forepart of grinding chamber; meanwhile outside rim contains turnabout gear and moving cutters. When the raw materials enter into grinding chamber through the entrance, the razor blades are made to revolve with high-speed by driving device. Thereby the materials are cut and hit between moving cutters and fixed cutters. The back part of grinding chamber is classifying parts. The materials in grinding chamber are classified at the lead of draught fan, attaining the needed mesh.

Instruction
1. Start up the draught fan first, and then start up the main motor
2. Put the store under the discharging set to store the products
3. Load the raw material from the hopper; adjust the flashboard at the discharge jaws; in terms of the materials’ fineness, fix the flashboard up on a certain place.
4. When it doesn’t work well, the fineness can be adjusted through the classifier.
5. When stopping the machine, stop the main motor after stopping loading, and then stop the draught fan.
6. Clean the pocket of the deduster termly
7. Before starting up the motor, cool the shaft seat first with water in case of the high temperature
Installation & Maintenance
Unfold the cover; remove the cover-shape nuts; take out the cutter and the classifier; then take out the gear and the channel ring; take down strap shell; take down the nuts of the axletree cover; then clean the whole main machine.
